Octaro

Your payroll and invoicing data, treated as such

Octaro stores salaries, social security numbers and invoices. Security is in the architecture, not in a list of promises.

Hosted in France

Servers at Scaleway, in France. Encrypted off-server backups, restores tested.

Firms isolated by the database

Every table carries the firm, and PostgreSQL refuses a query any firm but its own (row-level security). A slip in the code returns zero rows, never another firm’s.

Sensitive data encrypted

Social security numbers are encrypted at rest. Salaries, actual costs and reviews need a dedicated permission.

Sign-in

Microsoft Entra ID, Google or password; a firm admin can enforce SSO. Each firm has its own address.

Audit trail

Every approval and state change is recorded: who, when, why. The log is kept for ten years.

Evidential documents

Invoices and timesheets rendered server-side, sealed, timestamped and archived: reproducible identically for ten years.

GDPR

Octaro acts as your firm’s processor: data processing agreement, sub-processor register, reversibility.

See your own month in Octaro

Thirty minutes: we open the demo on a firm like yours, from a consultant's timesheet to the month's invoices and margin.
